Visit the Template Administration Page

Once you open, import or create your template you will be able to edit the following options

NO

Column Number

INCL

Select to include this column in the form

COL 

Name of Column initially imported/created (Empty or single numeric COL is not allowed)

CLBL 

How the column name should display on the form

VAL 

The value options that will be included in the form i.e. 1,2

VLBL 

This is the value label, i.e. If VAL= 1,2 you may display Yes or No as the options on the form

DEF 

This is the default value to be exported for the column

FLD 

Number of fields to be included on the form

SEP 

This is the separator that will be used.  The default separator is a , (comma).

MAX 

Set the maximum allowed selections or characters. If three radio options exist in the form, you may set 1 to ensure only 1 item is selected. If only one value exists you may use this number to set the maximum number of characters allowed. i.e. Set Title of a column to 80 to ensure maximum allowed length of title.

REQD

This is a required field, select check box to make field required.

EDTR 

Enabled editor to give column editing options. i.e. Descriptions with text formatting and images.

TIPS 

Display tooltips on form fields.  Tips are disabled by default on the form, but the user can enable to view field instructions. i.e. "Please keep the title short" will appear when the user hovers over the field.

SRCH 

Enable to show a search button to allow the user to search for file data. i.e. At times values need to be referenced/looked up from other files.

IMG 

Enabled IMG to show image importing options on form.  Users will have the ability to import images from photo albums.
